If you contact us for our services, we process your personal identification details, such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, if provided. We may also process your professional activities, such as your current employment, the nature of the activity and the nature of the goods/services needed or delivered.

DF uses your personal data in the first place to manage the contract. We process your personal data to inform you of our services, to provide and implement IT services on a request submitted to us, for the purpose of file management in general (including billing) and to send newsletters relating to our latest projects and general news if you have agreed to receive this. We only process your personal data if such processing is required for the execution of our contract with you, for the promotion of our legitimate interests or those of our staff members and for the fulfilment of our legal obligations or after having obtained your consent.

We also provide visitors to our website the opportunity to opt in to receive communications from us. In this case, we ask the visitor for their name and e-mail address. This communication will include our regular newsletter, promotions of our own products and any other information that we feel may be pertinent to the subscriber. Subscribers may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications by contacting us or by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Therefore as is the case with any organisation - we are not in a position to guarantee the absolute security of your information. However, we have taken all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. The amount of staff members who have access to your personal data is restricted to the bare minimum.

We use our own Inspire platform to send out newsletters. If you have subscribed to our newsletters, your e-mail address will be safely stored on our Cloud platform hosted within the European Economic Area.

We do not use Google Analytics or other tracking cookies on our website. Information such as IP addresses, browser type, basic IP information, referring pages, operating system used and date/time stamps is stored in our database and aggregated for the purpose of anonymous traffic statistics. This information does not identify individual users, it is used only for site administration and analysis of website usage and trends.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your processed personal data. If you wish to use your right to access, rectification or erasure, DF will comply within one (1) month after the receipt of an application. The application takes place through registered mail, with a document of identification via an e-mail sent to us.
